He established Adobe Harvest Catering when he realized that there was a need for portable catering services in the Redwood Empire. The equipment inventory includes the following: a refrigerated van that can travel to remote areas to transport fresh food fully equipped trucks with professional cooking & serving utensils trucks include equipment for licensed full-service alcoholic beverage bar cooking equipment includes barbecues, portable butane ovens & stoves support vehicles for transportation of china, tables, chair and even tents! Adobe Harvest knows how to successfully feed large groups of people, while meeting the individual needs of each guest. Our circle of satisfied customers include the following menus: New York Steak Barbecue for 1,000 in Sacramento; a Hawaiian Luau for 200 (complete with the pig baked underground on a bed of hot stones); a deep-pit barbecue for 1,000 in the Sonoma Hills; a formal dinner party for 750 in Marin County; a sit-down prime rib dinner for 500 and a lavish wedding buffet for 350. Additional celebration successes include fancy buffets for smaller groups, formal luncheons, gourmet style hors d'oeuvres and brunches-for large or small groups Adobe Harvest provides quality food. Although we are known for our food, our services include full party coordination. Incorporated in the staff are skilled "banquet" waitpersons who have worked for Adobe Harvest for many years. Only local fresh poultry, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, meats, and local wines are used in the preparation of our food. All menu selections are created fresh usually at the party site. Frozen, prepared or packaged items are never used. A portfolio of menus ranging from local tastes to fine French dining is available for your review and consideration.
