Additional guests over 150 would be $10 per guest.

The prices above includes tables and chairs*. 6, 7 or 8 hour events the rental fee includes a 45 min rehearsal the night before the event.

  • Should you choose to add additional time, overtime is billed at $250 per 1/2 hour. Max 8 hours. Includes your set-up and your clean up time.

  • The deposit to reserve the site for your wedding date is 50%.

  • Catering is available for your event through Kenwood Farms and Gardens. An additional fee is required if you choose to bring in an outside caterer.

  • Bartender Fee: If Kenwood Farms and Gardens is Catering your wedding the bartender is included At No Additional Charge. There is always NO corkage fee at Kenwood Farms and Gardens as well.

    If you are using outside catering and need a bartender the fee is $250 for your entire event (first 100 guests), additional bartenders are $150 per additional 100 guests. You can purchase your own Alcohol - Soda - Juice - Water etc. and we will serve the drinks with NO corkage fee.

  • Price is for 150 Guests, there would be a $10 charge for each guest over 150.
